Terms & Conditions

1. General
BenTransfers (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides private-car transfer services between Sofia, Bansko and other agreed destinations. By booking or using our services, you (“the customer”) accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payment
• Bookings can be made via our website, email, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• A valid contact number and email are required.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include fuel, driver, and standard luggage allowance.
Payment can also be done by standard bank transfer to our company.
• Payment may be made in cash to the driver or by other agreed method at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no charge.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be charged up to 100% of the agreed fare.
• No-shows at pickup are charged the full fare.

4. Passenger Responsibilities
• Passengers must be ready at the agreed time and pickup location.
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
• Smoking, use of illegal substances, or threatening behaviour is not permitted in the vehicle.
• Children requiring special seats must be declared at booking so appropriate equipment can be provided.

5. Delays & Liability
• We aim to provide punctual service, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadworks, or events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for missed flights, trains, or events due to such delays.
• Our liability for loss or damage (if any) is limited to the amount paid for the transfer. In the case of flight delays we will wait up to 60 minutes after which there may be a charge based on circumstances.

6. Luggage
• Each passenger may bring one medium suitcase and one small carry-on bag. Extra or oversized items must be declared in advance.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to fragile, valuable, or perishable items carried in the luggage.

7. Conduct of Service
• The driver reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behaviour may endanger safety or damage the vehicle.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may be charged to that passenger.

8. Privacy
• We use your personal data (name, phone, email, flight/train details) only to arrange and deliver your transfer. We never sell or share it except where required by law.

9. Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
